Daniel Head, born and raised in Redlands, CA has always had a love for his community and a dream to bring Power Yoga to this area. He has been teaching yoga in the Inland Empire for over 15 years now, during that time he has taught thousands of people. His classes are packed full of students (upwards of 80) and attracts students from all across Southern California.
He loves to incorporate different music styles and genres into his classes. He has been very creative with the play lists he has organized. Daniel's intuitive gift to feel the vibe of the room results in a unique and powerful experience every time. His music can be loud at times, but will often be followed or replaced entirely by the soothing sound of his voice, showing his talent and one of a kind versatility. While Daniel loves the role of "Yoga DJ" he also enjoys instructing classes without the use of music, which can be more appropriate at times.
Daniel brought Power Vinyasa Yoga to the Redlands community when he opened The Yoga Room in 2003. The passion to share what he believes, to live the healthiest lifestyle, has inspired this community and many of his yoga students to follow their dreams and live life to the fullest.
He is grateful to all the wonderful instructors that he has learned from and continues to learn from. "Much love to Bryan Kest, Nora Mangiamele, Erika Burkhalter & Sarah Reese."

She brings this passion for all aspects of yoga into her teaching. With gentle flows or more challenging classes, Nicole uses a variety of music to set the mood and find the balance between strength and ease in each pose. Julie Williams(RYT 200/E-RYT 200) was introduced to yoga in 1998 and, even as a “non-exerciser,” was instantly addicted. She’s amazed at how transformational it can be and thoroughly enjoys how physically and mentally demanding some styles can be. It’s a very satisfying way to start off the day or weekend. After practicing with many teachers, Julie took her first training in 2003 and began teaching. She is grateful for the great energy and humor that students bring with them to their practice and loves being there for ‘light-bulb’ moments. Julie completed a 1st Series Ashtanga training with David Swenson and has also completed a 200 Hour training with Yoga Works.
